My mini pharmacy

I have a mini pharmacy that I carry with me everyday. It’s my handbag.

I have almost everything you need, if in case you’re not well.

If you’re having a headache, I have Ponstan with me. I also have a balm (Melaleuca MelaGel) that works well for headache, just rub on your forehead or at the back of your neck. You can use the same balm if you’re coughing badly, or having flu, just rub it on your chest and around your nose, you’ll feel calmer. It also helps to relieve minor cuts, scrapes, and insect bites. However, these are not the ultimate solution, just acts as a temporary solution and makes you feel better.

I also have plasters with me, you know, in case; you may never know when you need it. Also, some cotton buds. You see, these cotton buds are not only used for cleaning your ears. It can also clean dirt, blood, small particles, in case of anything…

I also carry a lotion, specifically for dry skins. Many people tend to ignore their dry hands, elbows, knees and heels, especially when they are exposed to the air-cond for long hours or exposed to hot sun for long. It keeps your skin moisturized. This lotion is also useful if I have an itchy earlobe, with all the fancy earring that I wear everyday, I just dab a pinch of the lotion on my ear lobes. This lotion helps a lot. Besides the lotion, I have a huge Vaseline cream. That helps with dry lips but it’ll be  too oily if you apply on ur heels. I only use them on my heels and elbows, when I’m at home.

And I also have a Body Shop’s perfume lotion. You gotta meet some hot guy or a hot chick? Come get the perfumed lotion from me-you’ll smell good. But I wouldn’t recommend for guys la, the smell is too feminine for them. Haha!

I always have a packet of wet wipes with me and also a sanitizer with me. You feel like infested by germs, come, come, I can help you.

But if you’re suffering from depression due to money issues, please go to the nearest ATM, don’t come after me. I do not have a solution for this problem!

Respecting Others

Cool Flash Generators at BLINGCHEESE.COM

Respecting others is a important thing.
because when you give respect, others will respect you.

What Respect Is
Respect means a lot of different things. On a practical level it seems to include taking someone's feelings, needs, thoughts, ideas, wishes and preferences into consideration. We might also say it means taking all of these seriously and giving them worth and value. In fact, giving someone respect seems similar to valuing them and their thoughts, feelings, etc. It also seems to include acknowledging them, listening to them, being truthful with them, and accepting their individuality and idiosyncrasies.
Respect can be shown through behavior and it can also be felt. We can act in ways which are considered respectful, yet we can also feel respect for someone and feel respected by someone. Because it is possible to act in ways that do not reflect how we really feel, the feeling of respect is more important than the behavior without the feeling. When the feeling is there, the behavior will naturally follow.

classroom cleanliness

We have to clean the classroom or else we might get virus and diseases.
We have to pick up litter that we see around us.
We should not throw litter in public places as it makes the place dirty.
In Singapore you have to pay $500 fine for littering and spitting in public places.
I think my classroom is quite clean.
It is important to keep our environment clean so we can have a beautiful and comfortable place to study and play.

Recycling

Recycling involves processing used materials into new products in order to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production.[1][2] Recycling is a key component of modern waste management and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.
Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, and electronics. Although similar in effect, the composting or other reuse of biodegradable waste – such as food or garden waste – is not typically considered recycling.[2] Materials to be recycled are either brought to a collection center or picked up from the curbside, then sorted, cleaned, and reprocessed into new materials bound for manufacturing.
In a strict sense, recycling of a material would produce a fresh supply of the same material, for example used office paper to more office paper, or used foamed polystyrene to more polystyrene. However, this is often difficult or too expensive (compared with producing the same product from raw materials or other sources), so "recycling" of many products or materials involves their reuse in producing different materials (e.g., cardboard) instead. Another form of recycling is the salvage of certain materials from complex products, either due to their intrinsic value (e.g., lead from car batteries, or gold from computer components), or due to their hazardous nature (e.g., removal and reuse of mercury from various items).
Critics of recycling claim that it often wastes more resources than it saves, especially in cases where it is mandated by the government. Note here that municipal recycling may nevertheless still be worthwhile if the net cost is less than the landfill or other disposal costs for the same amount of material.

Festivals

I am a Christian and celebrate Christmas, Good Friday & Easter. I look forward to Christmas because I get lots & lots of presents and "ang pow".
Christmas is the birthday of Jesus Christ who is God's son. It reminds us of how much God loved us to allow HIS son to be born into this world as a baby to suffer and die for our many sins.
GoodFriday is celebrated to remind us of Christ suffering and death on the cross to save us from our sins.
Easter is the day Christ rose from the dead and showing us there is eternal life in heaven after death.

I know the Hindus celebrate Deepavali and many other festivals like Thaipusam and Pongal. The muslims celebrate Hari Raya Puasa & Hari Raya Haji. The Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year and Lantern Festival. The Budhist celebrate Vesak Day.

Most of theses festival does create racial harmony. It helps us to respect and appreciate other races festivals.
