My Daily Activities

I have several school activities like volleyball, track & field, Sinda & DAS. My other activies outside school hours are swimming, cylcling, playing soccer, bowling, running , playing pet society......and many more activities
My reading time is just before bedtime but not everyday.
Monday - School ends at 3.30pm, after my homework I'll play soccer at home with my brothers if there's time.
Tuesday - I have my volleyball practise in school till 6pm so usually no time for other acivities
Wednesday - DAS ends at 2.15pm andat home after rest it's revision work
Thursday - Home at only 4.00pm after SINDA same as Wednesday it's revision after a short break.
Friday - Home only at 4.30pm after sinda and have a short break.

Healthy eating

You must have a healthy eating diet by eating good food like:bread, fish and carrot. Breakfast is the most important meal for the day because it gives you the strength you need for the day. You can skip lunch and have early dinner with something easy to digest.

Earth Hour

Earth hour aims to get as many people from all over the world to switch off the lights for 60mins on 28 Mar at Singapore time 8.30pm.

This will help is some small way to save the earth from climate changes.

People want to save the earth.

Some people will be going out with their families & friends. In some countries like Paris will swithc off all lights including the Eiffel tower during the earth hour.

My family and friends will be watching the city lights go off from my home and have candle dinner at home.

Earth is facing air, sea & land pollution and global warming.

Solution to Land Pollution

Do Not litter as it will make the world bitter

Use things which can be recycled

Buy eco-friendly items like energy saving aircon, energy saving lights.

I'm sure we can all do our part to save the world by taking part during the earth hour and conserve energy at all times.

June 2008 School Holidays

School holidays are the best time. I had alot of fun during my holidays. I went to JB with my dad, 2 big brothers and cousin brother. My cousin brother stayed over at my home because his parents, my uncles, aunties and my mum went for a long trip to holy land(Isreal).
We went shopping, eating and playing at the arcade in JB.
On another day my dad brought my cousin sisters and myself to VIvo city wading pool at the rooftop. We had a splashing time getting wet. Then we went to watch Kung Fu Panda, which was funny. My favourite part was when the Panda said "don't tempt me to sit on you". Panda was the best character cool yet funny.
